About the role Own the demand‑generation plan end‑to‑end: strategy, execution, and measurement & building a predictable pipeline in partnership with Sales. What you’ll do Own annual/quarterly plan, budget and channel mix (LinkedIn, events, email, website, partners). Orchestrate integrated campaigns: briefs, landing pages, email sequences, webinars, events, and post‑event nurture. Run the editorial calendar across SME interviews, blogs, case studies and thought‑leadership. Set targets and report performance (MQLs/SQLs, CAC, channel ROI); lead weekly growth reviews. Oversee website, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation (with agency/contractor support). Coordinate Microsoft ecosystem and alliance co‑marketing. Ensure brand consistency across slides, one‑pagers and proposal assets (with Content Marketing). Partner with RevOps on CRM hygiene, attribution and funnel dashboards. What you’ll bring 6–10 years in B2B marketing (services/enterprise tech preferred) with clear demand‑gen results. Strong campaign orchestration and content planning; comfortable with budgets and ROI. Working knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce and basic automation. Confident with analytics (Power BI/Looker/Tableau) and A/B testing. Excellent written English; able to interview technical SMEs and translate to business value. Culture add: you care about reliability, clarity, and coaching others . Success in 6–12 months Marketing‑sourced pipeline and MQL targets consistently met/exceeded. Clean attribution and regular ROI reporting by channel. Repeatable event/webinar playbook with measurable conversion. Tools we use HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA/Search Console, Power BI, Office/Google Suite, Canva/Figma.
