Bezla.com LLC is a U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company operating branded full- and select-service hotels, resorts, convention centers, and independently owned hotels. The company’s experienced operators, industry-leading platforms, and extensive marketing capabilities produce exceptional revenue and optimal returns for hotel owners and investors. Bezla is undergoing an expansion, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and capable Virtual Assistant to join our support team. Virtual Assistant is a work from home - remote independent contractor position with base hourly pay plus bonuses. Coachability is needed to succeed in this position. A day in the life of our associates often includes:
- Preparing reports
- Calendar management
- Writing articles
- Scheduling various administrative appointments
- Using social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic bookkeeping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction
- 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related business experience with ideally focused in at least one of these areas: Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Channel Management (call center and B2B sales), Marketing Spend Effectiveness, Marketing Insights and Analytics
- Ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- High-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps
- A laptop or PC with at least 16G RAM
- A noise-canceling headset
- A quiet, dedicated workspace

The Executive Assistant will help streamline business processes, manage communication, oversee scheduling, and contribute to marketing and reporting tasks that support both the executive and the wider company.
This client is dedicated to more than just parking cars — their mission is to provide exceptional, customer-focused valet and hospitality services across hotels, restaurants, healthcare, casinos, private events, and corporate settings. Their valets and staff are trained to deliver professional, personalized first and final impressions, building long-term client relationships through customer care, employee support, and value-driven service.
Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support: Manage and organize the executive’s calendar and inbox; Book appointments and coordinate meetings; Support travel planning and create detailed itineraries; Assist with event coordination and scheduling; Data entry and tracking (e.g., time tracking from MOD reports); Manage executive schedule and organize email communications; Handle QuickBooks data entry; Assign training modules in the LMS and track completion; Calculate and track on-time bonuses; Email applicant references.
- Marketing & Visibility Support: Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms; Create and edit Reels and short-form videos using CapCut; Monitor social media trends and apply them to engagement strategies; Build and grow online communities through consistent engagement; Track and analyze social media and campaign performance; Manage and optimize Go HighLevel campaigns, automations, and CRM workflows; Plan, launch, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns; Support podcast guest booking and outreach; Assist with event promotion and content creation.
- Personal Assistant Tasks: Book personal and family-related travel; Schedule personal appointments; Handle online shopping, gift research, and purchasing; Organize family events and reminders.

Requirements
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident in daily face-to-face communication (Zoom/video calls).
- Experience in executive support, marketing, or business operations.
- Skilled in short-form video creation and editing.
- Familiarity with Go HighLevel CRM and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks data entry.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and KPI tracking.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
