Job Description
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.
  • Handle content moderation and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Management and Business Analysis.
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience with Scheduling tools and Content Moderation practices.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and a passion for social media trends.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changing priorities.
