Identify & develop new business opportunities. Provide professional consultation to both clients and jobseekers. Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates. Requirements We welcome Fresh Graduates of any course but is sincere and keen to work in recruitment Industry. Being a breadwinner and extrovert is a plus. Hardworking and able to blend in GenZ environment. Knowledge in sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing or any recruitment platform is a plus. Results-driven and self-disciplined with an achiever mindset. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Persuasive, Resilient, Driven and willing to take on new challenges and growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Healthy Work Environment (majority of employees are GenZ). Monthly Engagement Activity Program.
