Talent Acquisition Supervisor TheTalent Acquisition Supervisor oversees recruitment operations across multiple restaurant branches and manages coordination with external recruitment vendors or third-party agencies. This role ensures that manpower requirements are met promptly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and brand values. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate recruitment activities across all restaurant locations. Manage partnerships with third-party recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of candidates. Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to job offers and onboarding. Collaborate closely with Operations and Store Management to identify manpower needs and forecast hiring requirements. Monitor recruitment performance metrics and ensure hiring targets are consistently achieved. Conduct regular assessments of sourcing channels and recommend improvements for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices. Mentor and support recruitment coordinators or specialists within the team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field . Minimum of 3–5 years of recruitment experience , preferably in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry . Proven background in bulk or mass hiring and multi-location recruitment . Experience handling third-party recruitment vendors or manpower agencies. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Amenable to work onsite daily at Pioneer, Mandaluyong . #J-18808-Ljbffr
