What You'll Be Doing

  • Be a Recruiter to source potential candidates and connect them with clients
  • Be an AM/PIC to engage with clients to comprehend their talent requirements
  • Manage multiple hiring processes, guide candidates, and gather feedback
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and guarantee the smooth recruitment process
  • Track data to improve our recruitment service
Who We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Recruitment field (internal or external is acceptable)
  • Fluency in English is a must (Proficient in Mandarin Speaking is a big plus)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace challenges
