Virtual Rockstar is hiring a highly skilled, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support busy executives and their businesses. This role goes beyond typical administrative support — you’ll act as an extension of the executive, helping streamline operations, manage projects, and drive visibility through effective marketing and social media strategies. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires organization, adaptability, creativity, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Manage and organize calendars and inboxes. Book appointments and coordinate meetings. Support travel planning and create detailed itineraries. Assist with event coordination and personal scheduling. Marketing & Visibility Support Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms. Create and edit engaging Reels and short-form videos using tools like CapCut. Monitor social media trends and apply them to content strategies. Build and manage strong online communities through engagement. Track and analyze social media performance metrics. Manage and optimize GoHighLevel campaigns, automations, and CRM workflows. Plan, launch, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns, including targeting, creative, budget, and reporting. Support podcast guest booking and outreach. Assist with event planning and promotions (virtual and in-person). Provide support with content creation, copywriting, and light graphic design. Personal Assistant Tasks Schedule personal and family-related appointments. Handle online shopping, gift research, and purchasing. Manage reminders, grocery lists, and daily essentials. Organize family travel and events. Tools & Platforms You'll Use Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar) CapCut & Canva (video and graphic editing) Podcast scheduling tools (training provided) Requirements Highly organized, proactive, and efficient multitasker. Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English. Confident in daily face-to-face communication via Zoom/video calls. Proven experience creating short-form content with measurable engagement growth. Skilled in using CapCut or similar tools to produce compelling video content. Hands‑on experience with Go HighLevel campaigns, automations, and CRM workflows. Experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns and reporting ROI. Comfortable analyzing analytics to guide decisions. Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems. Professional, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining discretion. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
