About the Role: Cupang, Muntinlupa | Full-Time | On-site We are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team in Cupang. This role ensures that all quality and food safety standards are properly implemented and maintained throughout the production process — from flour redressing to finished goods weighing. The position supports the company’s Food Safety Objectives by verifying product conformity, enforcing GMP and HACCP requirements, and helping maintain consistent product quality for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final product inspections based on QA standards and checklists. Record and analyze daily QA data, including rejects, weight, sealing, and packaging integrity. Investigate quality-related nonconformities and prepare incident or deviation reports. Assist in supplier audits and internal HALAL and Quality System audits. Implement and monitor GMP , Cleaning , and Sanitation Programs . Orient and guide new employees on QA procedures, GMP, and Food Safety practices . Participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities related to product quality and safety. Qualifications: Graduate of Microbiology, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering. Must be a licensed professional (Registered Microbiologist, Registered Food Technologist, or Licensed Chemical Engineer). At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing QA, microbiological testing, or process control. Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for QA documentation and reporting. Detail-oriented, systematic, and disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
