Live Operation Strategist - E-Commerce (Philippines) Location: Taguig Team: Commerce ops Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A33766 Responsibilities Business Strategy: Based on business goals, use methods such as data analysis, user research, and desk research to identify problems and opportunities, formulate high-ROI and industry-leading strategies, and deliver breakthrough business results. Business Operations: Responsible for implementing strategies and ongoing operations, tracking data, making timely adjustments based on market changes, collaborating with other teams, and achieving final business outcomes. Product Operations: Gather merchant and cross-team requirements, design product requirements based on business needs, and work with product and other teams to ensure successful delivery. Project Management: Conduct effective project management, communication, and collaboration to ensure projects progress smoothly and on time, and achieve final results. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Excellent structured and logical thinking skills, capable of effectively analyzing open-ended problems and developing actionable solutions. Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills, able to make decisions based on data. Strong communication skills, with cross-team collaboration ability. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred. Prior experience working in consulting industry is a plus.
