Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST, with some flexibility as long as the majority of hours overlap with US EST.

About the Role
As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of our brands on Amazon. You will work primarily with our Brand Managers, Performance Marketing Strategists, and Inventory Optimization team to drive sales, optimize efficiencies, and reduce out of stocks.
Responsibilities
- Brand Management & Strategy: Oversee brand performance and align initiatives across catalog, promotions, inventory, and market insights to drive growth.
- Catalog & Listing Management: Manage catalogs across assigned brands, ensuring listing hygiene, keyword optimization, content updates, pricing changes, and proactive SEO improvements.
- Account Health: Monitor and troubleshoot account health, driving proactive improvements with both short- and long-term planning.
- Promotions & Pricing: Execute promotional and pricing strategies, track performance, and research competitor activity (e.g., Black Friday).
- Market & Competitor Insights: Monitor trends, keyword shifts, and subcategory opportunities to inform strategy.
- Inventory Coordination: Partner with the Inventory Optimization team to minimize stockouts
- Performance Support: Assist the Brand Manager in improving conversion, increasing sessions, and strengthening overall account performance.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience with managing Amazon's US and Canada marketplace
- Strong familiarity and comprehension of Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices
- Expert in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools, such as Helium10
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing Amazon UK and EU accounts
- Experience with handling Shopify platform
Success Metrics
- Sales & Conversion: Improvement in rank, conversion, and sales across assigned brands.
- Promotional Execution: Timely execution and reporting of promotional strategies.
- Keyword Performance: Demonstrated impact on keyword visibility and session growth.
