About Ikigai Cases Ikigai Cases is a family‑owned e‑commerce business selling premium metal pill cases. Founded in Washington DC in 2021 by two brothers, the company has grown to sell thousands of pill cases every month and has a double‑digit team, including a thriving remote team. Our mission is simple: to make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We manage our fulfillment operations in‑house and offer white‑glove service to our customers. What You Are Responsible For We’re hiring a Senior Creative Strategist & Production Lead to own Ikigai’s Meta Ads creative testing system — the process that turns insights into high‑performing ads that drive profitable growth. You’ll be the operational owner of our creative testing engine across Meta Ads, ensuring a constant flow of new ad concepts backed by data, structured hypotheses, and disciplined iteration. You’ll lead a pod of designers and editors, managing briefs, review cycles, and testing cadence to ensure we hit output and win‑rate goals. It’s a hybrid role for someone who thinks like a strategist and executes like an operator, ensuring the creative strategy not only gets planned but gets produced at quality and on schedule. 5 Core Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Testing – Own the weekly creative testing roadmap for Meta Ads. Translate insights and hypotheses into hooks, angles, and formats that align with current offers and growth priorities. Production Leadership – Lead a high‑output creative pod of editors, designers, and strategists. Set clear priorities, give decisive feedback, and ensure every project ships on time and at world‑class brand standards. Performance Analysis & Iteration – Review ad performance weekly to identify winning patterns and creative fatigue. Turn data into actionable insights and clear next tests, maintaining a living library of winning ads and learnings. Creative Direction & Feedback – Write precise, performance‑driven briefs and deliver direct, constructive feedback. Ensure every creative concept connects the message, visual, and offer to the target metric. Cross‑Functional Alignment – Partner with other marketing teams so that ads, offers, and landing pages launch as one unified system — ensuring Ikigai’s growth engine runs with precision and speed. You know how to bring ideas to life — capable of producing videos yourself or partnering with in‑house and external creators to deliver polished, on‑brand content. You’re fluent in Meta performance data — not just reading metrics but turning them into creative strategy. You identify what’s working, why, and what the team should make next. You’re a player‑coach — equally comfortable writing briefs, reviewing drafts, and giving clear, actionable feedback to ensure the team delivers top‑tier creative. You’re a system builder — you love turning chaos into clarity with processes, naming conventions, and documentation that scale. You work fast, accurately, and independently. You’ll be working hand‑in‑hand with the founders of the company — building the systems and growth strategy together. You’ll be working at a company with a robust product development roadmap that includes new colors/products releasing monthly. Required Experience 4+ years leading Meta performance creative strategy & production for e‑commerce brands (brand or agency side). Experience with smaller companies will be considered an additional plus. Proven ability to own end‑to‑end creative strategy and creative production for Meta Ad accounts spending $250k+ per month on Meta Ads. Prior leadership experience managing teams of editors, designers, and external creators to produce ad content. Proven ability to analyze creative metrics and performance metrics inside Meta, and use that to drive creative strategy. Advanced English communication — written, verbal, and analytical. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have’s) Experience marketing consumer durables with one‑time‑purchase attributes (not CPG / LTV / subscription brands). Experience with other channels besides Meta: YouTube, TikTok, Applovin, Linear, CTV, Podcast, Influencer, etc. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $36k/year ($3,000/Month) base + performance based bonuses. Work Hours: This is a leadership position. 50+ hours/week are expected to be successful given the nature of this role. Paid Holidays: 10 per year. PTO: 1 week earned every 6 months.
