Responsibilities Drive Strategic Alignment: Ensures people, plans, resources, and processes within Cybersecurity and Fraud Management (CSFM) are aligned with GCash’s strategic objectives. Lead Strategic Planning & Execution: Facilitates department-wide strategic planning by identifying risks, opportunities, and aligning initiatives with business direction; oversees implementation across functions to ensure timely and effective delivery. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement: Builds strong partnerships with key stakeholders; sets priorities, mobilizes cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment across enterprise initiatives. Program Governance & Reporting: Curates high-impact reports, including Management Reports and Leadership updates, to communicate progress, risks, and support needed; supports audit, risk, and compliance closure as part of governance. Capability & Transformation Management: Aligns capability roadmaps with strategic priorities; monitors and reports value streams of transformation efforts across CSFM to drive sustainable and measurable impact. Operational Excellence & Talent Uplift: Promotes continuous improvement in ways of working and contributes to team development by sharing materials and insights that build skills and elevate performance. Budget & Project Oversight: Supports oversight of budget utilization and selected strategic projects to ensure value delivery and resource optimization. Presentation & Decision Support: Crafts and delivers business presentations and reports that provide actionable insights for informed decision-making by senior leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors Strategic and Analytical Thinking Systems Thinking – Understands interdependencies across cyber, fraud, and business systems to anticipate risk and drive effective interventions. Critical and Conceptual Thinking – Analyzes complex threat environments and strategic data to shape long-term security and fraud transformation agendas. Scenario and Strategic Planning – Develops forward-looking strategies based on threat modeling, risk scenarios, and emerging trends. Qualitative Research – Gathers insights from threat intelligence, user behavior, and ecosystem patterns to inform decisions. Execution and Change Leadership Project and Program Management – Oversees the execution of cybersecurity and fraud initiatives across cross-functional teams. Change Management – Leads and supports transformation efforts to shift mindsets, adopt new controls, and scale secure practices across the organization. Facilitation – Drives strategic workshops, retrospectives, and alignment sessions across tech, operations, and business teams. Innovation and Design Integration Design Thinking Practice – Applies user-centered and secure-by-design principles in shaping fraud prevention and cybersecurity programs. Design Creation and Development – Develops frameworks, visual strategies, and governance models tailored to complex security environments. Solution-Oriented Mindset – Proactively identifies gaps and crafts practical, scalable solutions to security and fraud management challenges. Context-Aware Design – Designs solutions with awareness of business context, user behavior, risk appetite, and organizational dynamics. Communication and Influence Business Presentation Delivery – Crafts compelling narratives on risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives for senior leadership. Visual and Verbal Communication – Synthesizes complex technical topics into digestible, action-oriented messages. Proposal Writing Development – Produces high-quality proposals and investment cases for key initiatives. Stakeholder Management – Navigates across technical and non-technical groups, aligning priorities and driving support. Data and Insight Visualization Data and Information Visualization – Translates risk, performance, and threat data into meaningful visuals that support decision-making.
