Key Responsibilities Contract management: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating logistics service contracts, engineering contracts, etc. Specialized legal support: handling legal issues in logistics operations and engineering projects Compliance management: Ensure that the company's business complies with the requirements of Philippine laws and regulations Dispute resolution: handling commercial disputes, engineering contract disputes and logistics claims Corporate governance: support corporate governance affairs and daily legal advice Cross-departmental collaboration: work closely with business, operations, engineering and other departments Key Capabilities Proficient in the Philippine legal system Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent business acumen Excellent English and Filipino skills Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage Philippine Citizens Graduated from an accredited law school in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Laws degree Possess a valid Philippine lawyer's license Age: 30-40 years old Core Experience At least 5 years of experience in a well-known law firm or a large corporate legal department Logistics/supply chain legal experience preferred Engineering/project legal experience is preferred Extensive experience in complex contracts Practical experience in dispute resolution #J-18808-Ljbffr
