Head of Outbound Sales – Outsource Accelerator

We are growing and are looking for a talented and motivated head of Outbound Sales to join our core team.

Working directly with the COO and Founder, this role is highly collaborative, resourceful, and organized.

  • This is a grassroots opportunity to design the future of the company collaboratively.

  • SDRs are eligible for a high-commission structure (no-cap) for handling inbound leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage Team: Recruit, train, and mentor an outbound sales team focused on prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize outbound sales strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach) to consistently hit targets.
  • Pipeline Growth: Drive lead generation and pipeline development by identifying high-potential markets, accounts, and buyer personas.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, monitor activity metrics, and manage CRM systems to ensure team accountability and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving outbound sales success.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience building sales teams from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and outbound sales tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
