Job Description Responsibilities
  • Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets by building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor products and services offered by RaCE Ventures, Inc.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure satisfactory delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and drive business expansion.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the company\'s strategic planning.
  • With motorcycle and license
Educational Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level
  • Open to Fresh Graduates/Students willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship building, competitor analysis, communication skills, and customer relationship management. Strong teamwork, analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are a must.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced sales environment, which may require extended working hours and meeting with clients off-site.
Qualities and Traits
  • Energetic, motivated, adaptable with a growth mindset, and a passion for sales. Professional attitude with the ability to function independently and in a team.
