Department: Sales | Reporting to: Sales Manager

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 40,000

Vacancy: 1 Available

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team focused on independent restaurants. You'll be responsible for identifying new leads, building client relationships, and closing sales that drive growth in the foodservice and F&B distribution space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via calls, emails, visits, and digital channels
  • Conduct lead qualification and client needs assessments
  • Present products and close deals with independent restaurants
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly
  • Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or procurement for independent restaurants
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice industry
  • Familiarity with pricing, promotions, and the competitive restaurant landscape
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be resilient, proactive, and able to handle rejection
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Open to travel and face-to-face meetings

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
