What You’ll Be DoingAre you results focused and love to help others? You’ll work to service and upsell client products to existing customers. Focused on educating the customer on their current product(s), you’ll also identify and capitalize on other sales opportunities that may pair well with their current products and future needs. Whether it’s getting answers quickly, advising on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you’ll influence whether the customer experience is average or exceptional.
During a Typical Day, You’ll- Bring your passion and experience in negotiation to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions
- Effectively handle calls from existing customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities from start to close
- Completed senior high school or 2nd year in college
- Requires 6 months of sales experience in contact center, travel, or hospitality
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
