As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and outbound calls, maintaining and creating strong relationships with both residential and business clients. Who We Are The Monster Group was launched in 2015 to help consumers with their energy needs. After a period of rapid growth, we have now diversified into both the Solar and Telco markets, providing solutions to households and businesses. We have operated in Bacolod for over 3 years and continue to grow. We are looking for more talented individuals to join our team. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients in the energy and internet markets of Australia. Tailor and present compelling proposals showcasing the value proposition of our brokerage services. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and exceed client expectations. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position our brokerage services and capitalize on market opportunities effectively. Create and continuously develop a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
