As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and outbound calls, maintaining and creating strong relationships with both residential and business clients. Tailor and present compelling proposals showcasing the value proposition of our brokerage services. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and exceed client expectations. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position our brokerage services and capitalise on market opportunities effectively. Create and continuously develop a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
