Role Overview The client is looking for an experienced Senior NonQM Underwriter to underwrite and lead a growing underwriting pod. This is a great opportunity to join a company with over 25 years of lending experience, licensed in 35 states, and built on strong relationships, fast approvals, and personalized service. If you're a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Non-QM guidelines and hands‑on leadership experience, we want to hear from you. They extend that same commitment to our employees, providing the support, tools, and autonomy to succeed. What You’ll Do Lead a team of Non-QM underwriters. Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow. Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations. What You’ll Bring At least 4 years of Non-QM underwriting experience is a must. At least 2 years of experience with Encompass is a must. Schedule 8 hour shift - 10pm to 7am PHT. Monday to Friday.
