This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-performing real estate sales professionals to drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying sales talent, a solid understanding of the real estate industry, and a passion for building high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams to ensure a smooth selection process and provide hiring recommendations. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company as an employer of choice in the real estate industry. Develop recruitment campaigns and represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industry events. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and analytics on hiring activities and metrics. Regularly report progress to management and recommend improvements to recruitment processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales roles or within the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and selection methods. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
