We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with specialized knowledge in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions. Responsibilities Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management) Assess, design and implement user-requested Changes (Change Management) Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices. Mandatory Skills Description Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant. Strong understanding and configuration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Description Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central Payroll.
