Training and Engagement Specialist / Training Coordinator JOB SUMMARY: The Training and Engagement Specialist is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end training process, from identifying training needs to ensuring successful learner engagement and completion. This role coordinates relevant and high-quality training programs, facilitates logistical and administrative requirements, and maintains effective communication with training providers. Additionally, the role monitors learner participation, tracks progress, and provides timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational learning goals. Responsibilities Identify training needs and design/coordinate end-to-end training programs. Facilitate learner engagement and ensure completion of training activities. Coordinate logistical and administrative requirements for training delivery. Maintain effective communication with training providers and stakeholders. Monitor learner participation and track progress against learning goals. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on training status and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology or a related field. Willing to work on-site at LifeBank Center, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Good coordination skills. Demonstrates a growth mindset with openness to continuous learning and improvement. Preferred/Added Value Experience in training facilitation and coordination, or in Learning and Development. Experience in Training Needs Analysis. Background in working with external training providers or multi-stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR information systems.
