I. Job Overview:

This position is in responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement programs, as well as implementing strategies through a variety of company events and activities that increase employee satisfaction, motivation, and commitment to the organization, as well as fostering a healthy workplace culture.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Designs and executes employee engagement initiatives such as team-building, company outings, sports fests, Christmas parties, rewards and recognition programs, and other engagement events to foster a positive work environment.

· Conducts regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction to understand challenges and areas that call for support, provide insights, share best practices, and use all the information and convert it into an engagement strategy.

· Consolidates all data gathered from the various employee engagement programs to identify trends and underlying causes and reports the same to develop strategy engagements.

· Provides recommendations and countermeasures to improve organizational policies and processes and to strengthen employee retention.

· Prepares and monitors budgets for programs and activities.

· Prepares layouts and content for employees' birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, and congratulations for newborn babies.

· Must know how to handle conflict and sensitive information with confidentiality.

· Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration across the organization.

· Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

· Facilitates different internal training and responsible other training modules such as training aids, presentations, and visual materials.

· Research for the latest training and presentation technology to ensure delivery methods are updated.

· Assist in other human resources and administrative tasks when the need arises.

III. Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent.

· 2+ years of experience in Preferably knowledgeable and with related experience in events management and talent development in BPO industry.

· Time-management and multitasking abilities.

· Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to effectively work and collaborate across departments and levels.

· Must know how to handle conflict and sensitive information with confidentiality.

IV. Preferred Skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and leadership.

· In-depth understanding in Philippine labor law and workplace safety

· 2+ years in officer or supervisory role

· Successful track records in handling company events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
