In-depth expertise in Australian taxation, accounting, and compliance frameworks. Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Tech‑savvy with advanced proficiency in modern accounting systems. Your Daily Tasks Lead advisory and tax projects across diverse industries for Australian clients. Oversee practice operations, ensuring compliance with AASB, IFRS, and ATO requirements. Drive client growth and retention through strong relationship management. Mentor managers and senior advisors to elevate technical and leadership capabilities. Manage service line portfolios, budgets, and business development initiatives. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
