Job Title: Sales Executive I. JOB OVERVIEW The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. The role ensures that the store is well-maintained, customers receive excellent service, and overall sales operations run smoothly. II. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Customer Service & Sales Assist walk-in customers and identify their furniture needs Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Achieve monthly sales targets set by management B. Store Operations Ensure showroom products are organized and properly displayed Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the selling area Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stocks and deliveries C. After-Sales Coordination Address customer concerns or inquiries politely and promptly Conduct follow-ups on pending orders or requirements Ensure customer satisfaction with purchased items III. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Good communication and customer service skills Confident and approachable demeanor Basic computer and sales handling knowledge is an advantage Responsible, hardworking, and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with schedule IV. QUALIFICATIONS At least 1–2 years of experience in retail, furniture sales, luxury brands, or a related field Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related course Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge in interior design or furniture styles is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment With pleasing personality and good communication skills Customer-service oriented Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply No visible tattoos #J-18808-Ljbffr
