Work Setup: Full time Night shift On site in BGC We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare account to join our team as a Payor Enrollment Specialist . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of enrollment tasks, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and meeting key performance goals within a fast-paced environment. The Payor Enrollment Specialist will handle daily tasks including managing credentialing processes, developing and maintaining relationships with insurance payors, overseeing employee benefits transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will address inquiries related to payor enrollment and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. What You’ll Do Process payor enrollment applications for healthcare providers Ensure accuracy and compliance while meeting client deadlines Work directly with major U.S. insurance companies (Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and more) Manage Medicaid/Medicare and Commercial (Medical or Behavioral Health) enrollments Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all files meet quality and SLA standards Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and enhance efficiency What We’re Looking For You’re a strong fit if you’re: Detail-Oriented: A strong commitment to accuracy and driving improvements through detailed process analysis.
