Dispatch Coordinator 
Ortigas Site, Pasig City, Philippines
Reporting to: Team Leader 
We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Dispatch Coordinator , your role is vital in keeping our customers and employees happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.
Handles all inquiries and follow-ups on Client’s transportation services (e.g., Tracking on order status and returns, Appointment Scheduling, Carrier Searches and Booking) and/or warehousing services following the standards set for service management, service accuracy, call handling, and data encoding accuracy.
As a Dispatch Coordinator you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy. As an Acquire Intelligence employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire Intelligence.
Responsibilities- Handle Broker/Customer Accounts which include, but will not be limited to:
- Assigning drivers to routes.
- Directing the pick-up and delivery of freight.
- Monitoring the drivers’ locations.
- Entering the dispatch information and loads into trucking software
- Finding road service for truck repairs
- Tracking orders and freight.
- Transmitting information to brokers and customers.
- Finding solutions for changes or problems, issuing money orders.
- Using satellites, telephones, and computers to communicate information to drivers and to keep track of all important information.
- Responsible forproblem solutions with assigned drivers.
- Tracks assigned drivers schedules and adjusts unplanned paid time off.
- Tracks driver utilization to ensure their drivers achieve targeted utilization levels and improve driver productivity.
- Responsible for driver execution of assigned work.
- Enforces understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures including code of conduct of the business.
- Contributes to an atmosphere of trust and teamwork that values contributions of all employees in support of ahigh-performanceculture
- Works until driver issues are resolved for the day and/or aproper hand off has been made.
- Monitors deliveries and pickups for service failures and proactively alerts driver managers of any loads in jeopardy of failure.
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
- Responsible for securing his/her PC/Workstation with a password protected screensaver and log-off each time he/she will have his/her post unattended.
- Responsible for not disclosing his/her password to others, complying to company’s security procedure, and by not disclosing confidential information.
- Excellent in customer service.

- With a minimum of one year of back-end admin processing experience.
- With a knack for multi-tasking.
- Able to solve problems and work under minimal supervision.
- Adept in learning new workflows and tasks.
- Ability to work on shifting schedule
