Position Overview Dispatch Coordinator role at Acquire Intelligence located at Ortigas Site, Pasig City, Philippines. Reporting to Team Leader. Contribution to customer and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle all inquiries and follow-ups on client transportation services (tracking order status, appointment scheduling, carrier searches, booking). Assign drivers to routes, monitor driver locations, and enter dispatch information into trucking software. Track orders, freight, and deliver and pickup for service failures; proactively alert drivers and managers. Ensure all personal and employment information handled in compliance with company policies on information security and data privacy. Support problem solutions with assigned drivers and adjust schedules to meet utilization targets. Maintain secure workstation and comply with password, log-off, and confidentiality procedures. Essential Qualifications Minimum of one year of back-end admin processing experience. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask, solve problems, work under minimal supervision, and learn new workflows. Willing to work a shifting schedule. Proficiency in using computer, telephone, and satellite communication tools. Desired Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer satisfaction. Experience with carrier searches, booking, and freight tracking. Familiarity with trucking software and service failure monitoring.
