The HR Process & Data Management Analyst is responsible for the development and standardization of HR policies, processes, and systems to support and contribute to the organization’s overall management of HR business processes, human capital management systems, and HR data. General Responsibilities Supports and provides inputs to the annual goals and action plan to fully support organizational goals, plans, and strategies. Complies with identified corporate thrusts, directions, and plans, as well as provisions of the company code on right employee conduct. Contributes to the fulfillment of performance indicators set by immediate head/supervisor. Provides inputs to the development of organizational performance measures cascaded from overall strategic plans, and helps implement corresponding improvement plans. Manages individual performance plans and targets. Formulates and implements measures to address individual Goals and Action Plans and facilitate the achievement of targets. Identifies and initiates individual career development programs and individual performance plans for the support and approval of immediate head/supervisor. Makes recommendations to changes in operating policies and procedures. Manages resource requirements and budget needed for assigned projects. Qualifications Preferred graduate degree/ course (any of the following): Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management of Information Systems, Industrial Engineering. Experience in Organization Development, Organization and Job Design, HR Systems, Process Design, and Testing is an advantage. With knowledge in HR systems, process design, and testing. Adequate data and information management skills. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Ability to interface with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
