The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our data pipelines and reporting processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, critical thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and support business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, data requirements, and reporting needs. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and validations. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support key initiatives, campaigns, or operational needs. Assist in the automation of reporting and data workflows to improve efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve processes and capabilities. Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty. Actively contribute to team ceremonies including: sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives. Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome. QualificationsUniversity degree in a quantitative concentration: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role. Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Proficiency with Python for data manipulation (e.g., with pandas), data visualization (e.g., with matplotlib or seaborn), and basic automation or analysis tasks, including working with APIs or cleaning datasets. Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English Preferred QualificationsExperience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with data governance and best practices for data quality.
