Overview Workday Analyst, HR Technology and Integrations (Core HR & Integrations) – TYLin TYLin is a globally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm committed to innovative, cost-effective, constructible designs. Our HR Technology and Analytics team is seeking an HRIS Analyst with hands-on Workday experience to support day-to-day system operations, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative regional team, contributing to the optimization of our HR systems and supporting broader HR initiatives. Responsibilities Supports the integrations design of multiple bi-directional integrations (internal and external). Collaborates with SI to configure, support, and optimize the design, development, and performance of all carrier integrations to and from Global HR Technology. Collaborates in developing HR Technology recommendations and guides decision making; leverages research and analysis to support assessments. Partners with other Shared Services (IT/Finance/Marketing/Legal) and COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits) to address business needs with solution design. Owns or supports data conversion activities and Org structure setup. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, and other control narratives and matrices). Establishes and complies with HR Technology change control processes. Documents processes and results; provides production support, researches and resolves problems, performs scheduled activities, and recommends solutions. Works with non-HR functions to ensure HR Systems remain the source of truth for people data. Reviews changes, conducts impact analysis, and tests arising from HR initiatives, including system upgrades/implementations. Performs tasks in various stages of HR system development and process automation. Maintains appropriate application security and access control in line with HR policies. Advocates for HR systems objectives and educates others on data standards and processes. Integrations | Global Reporting & Analytics Supports current and future integrations; key player on global HR Tech implementation projects across the US and Canada. Establishes global standards for collecting HR data from Americas, Europe, and APAC. Owns and builds a central HR data infrastructure to support Global People Analytics. Works with business users on strategies to improve efficiencies through automation and self-serve analytics. Influences others to drive opportunities and gain efficiencies to enable more data capture for future programs. Develops expertise in current data and analytical methodologies and emerging technologies. Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience with HR systems, processes, integrations/data, and analytics. Workday experience preferred. University degree in a STEM or HR field. Experience in cloud-based integrations. Experience with REST APIs, Java, R/Python, SQL, etc. Experience building integrations on Workday is a significant asset. Foundational expertise in key HR processes and HRIS interdependencies. Strong analytical and technical skills to gather, interpret, and report data from multiple HRIS sources. Effective communication with leadership using visual, information-rich presentations. Ability to manage shifting priorities and re-prioritize as needed. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; client-focused and innovative mindset. Demonstrated collaboration in diverse, inclusive teams and commitment to ethical practices.
