Procurement & Supply Chain Delivery Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs. This role will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes across client engagements by leveraging deep functional expertise, strategic thinking, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee delivery execution across Procurement & Supply Chain engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
  • Support solution design activities, including effort estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
  • Drive key delivery KPIs such as utilization, revenue growth, and margin improvement across assigned programs.
  • Lead and manage Procurement & Supply Chain transformation initiatives (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield).
  • Collaborate across geographies with regional teams, global hubs, and member firms to ensure cohesive and seamless delivery.
  • Build and enhance internal delivery capabilities , including resource planning, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Establish and maintain project governance structures ensuring adherence to compliance, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, reporting, and governance practices.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong expertise in Procurement & Supply Chain transformation and strategy across multiple industries
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex IT-enabled programs
  • Solid understanding of delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid
  • Working knowledge of leading functional modules and SaaS solutions , including:
    • SAP Ariba , Coupa , Ivalua , o9 Solutions , Blue Yonder
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and digital procurement platforms
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management , and communication skills
