Job Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Delivery Director Job Type: Full-Time Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Location: Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines Key Responsibilities: Oversee delivery integration and resource management across multiple procurement & supply chain delivery centers, ensuring operational excellence. Lead the execution of comprehensive Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield transformation programs for global procurement and supply chain projects. Collaborate closely with Solutions, Member Firms, and Regional Hubs to drive seamless delivery and support solution design, estimation, and contract activities. Own and manage key performance indicators for utilization, revenue growth, and margin improvement within the delivery function. Develop and implement robust governance structures to ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards. Enable and enhance delivery capabilities within the Procurement & Supply Chain practice by leveraging best practices and innovative SaaS solutions. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring alignment to business objectives and client expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience as a director in procurement/supply chain in a consulting company Prior experience in Ivalua as a major tool for at least 1 year Proven hands-on expertise with Ivalua; experience with Ariba and other leading procurement/SaaS solutions a strong plus. Comprehensive knowledge of procurement & supply chain transformation, strategy, and business process optimization across multiple industries. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, large-scale IT and business transformation projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and interpersonal influence. Deep understanding of procurement & supply chain functional modules and current SaaS offerings, including automation and business AI trends. Strong leadership capability, with a talent for building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration in diverse, global environments. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a consulting environment delivering procurement & supply chain strategy for multinational clients. Exposure to delivering projects in both local and regional delivery center models. Relevant certifications in supply chain management, project management, or related disciplines.
