Overview

Procurement & Supply Chain Director (Consulting Leader) responsible for delivery oversight and integration across multiple delivery centers, owning delivery integration and resourcing for Procurement & Supply Chain, and supporting solution design and contract support within the Solutions team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide delivery oversight and integration across multiple delivery centers.
  • Take overall ownership of delivery integration and resourcing functions for Procurement & Supply Chain.
  • Support the Solutions team in solution design, estimation, and orals to contract support.
  • Own delivery KPIs including utilization, revenue growth, and margins.
  • Lead delivery programs in large-scale Procurement & Supply Chain transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield).
  • Collaborate closely with Member Firms, Regional Solutions, and Hubs to ensure seamless delivery across multiple locations.
  • Enable and strengthen delivery capabilities within the Procurement & Supply Chain practice.
  • Develop and implement governance structures while ensuring compliance with security, regulatory requirements, and quality metrics.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong expertise in Procurement & Supply Chain transformation, strategy, and service offerings.
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex IT environments with a solid understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of project delivery and management frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, strategy, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Procurement & Supply Chain functional modules and SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with emerging Procurement & Supply Chain SaaS solutions, including Automation and Business AI.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
