The Construction Manager acts as the Owner's representative in overseeing real estate development projects. This role requires managing third-party supervision consultants or, in some cases, directly supervising subcontractors. The Construction Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards, with special focus on high-end building finishes and fit-out works

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Owner in all project matters.
  • Manage consultants and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control.
  • Supervise finishing and fit-out works.
  • Review budgets, variation orders, and billings.
  • Monitor schedules, progress, and critical path.
  • Enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead coordination meetings.
  • Prepare reports and manage project turnover.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
  • 15+ years in high-rise construction.
  • Strong background in high-end finishes and fit-out.
  • Skilled in Primavera, MS Project, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
