Overview
US Recruiter role at MicroSourcing. This position is designed to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent for assigned department(s) and to act as a talent expert and advisor for Hiring Managers.
Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition (70%) : Recruit, interview, and screen candidates to fill active and forecasted openings. Use sourcing and interviewing skills to meet recruitment goals with quality and diverse Associates. Promote open positions on social media and represent MicroSourcing at internal/external hiring events. Ensure compliance with company and government recruiting requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition SOPs and improve SOPs. Actively use the ATS to track candidates and maintain documentation, metrics, and data as required. Be trained and willing to hire for every position in assigned sub-department (e.g., Corporate, TECH, Sales, Operations).
- Team Support (10%) : Assist with creation and execution of training and onboarding for new Recruiters. Coach and maintain positive team morale, develop other Talent Acquisition Associates. Assist with interview forms, postings, documents, etc. Lead by example as a senior team member and support all sub-departments with Talent Acquisition.
- Professional Development (15%) : Stay current with department updates, policies, and standards. Represent HR&D professionally. Obtain certifications and training related to job performance. Attend trainings to develop recruiting and HR&D knowledge. Seek non-required development opportunities. Cross-train in other Talent Acquisition sub-departments.
- Other (5%) : Use the Suggestion System to improve recruitment processes. Build strong relationships with internal customers/hiring managers. Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings and serve as back-up leader when the Manager is unavailable.
The position requires a flexible 40 - 45 hour workweek, Monday through Friday, in a corporate office and/or remote environment. Some local travel (showrooms, seminars) or out-of-town travel (conferences, hiring events) may be required to support recruitment activities. Prolonged sitting and light lifting (e.g., materials for job fairs) may be necessary.
