The DCX Client Services Home-Based Property Accountant is a dynamic and detail-oriented accounting role that is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations. You will apply your professional expertise while resolving a variety of accounting matters and you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our partner's financial operations. OverviewThe DCX Home-Based Property Accountant role focuses on property accounting tasks to support internal and external financial reporting and investor communications.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedure
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) efficiently.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use.
- Handle investor reporting, providing detailed and clear financial information.
- Utilize AppFolio for various property accounting tasks and data management.
- Work collaboratively with the in-house CPA team to ensure high-quality accounting services.
- Report to staff, managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
- Assist in other property accounting duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Property Accountant.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with using AppFolio is strongly recommended.
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
- Salary Range: Php 35,000- Php 40,000
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
- Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
