Position: Mandarin Warehouse Management Trainee Industry: Mobile Technology Company Location: Pasig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000 Work Set-up: Work On-Site BENEFITS: Government Mandated Benefits HMO13th Month Pay Free Medical Examination Load Allowance Other allowances will be discussed by the company REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin at a Conversational level. Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent. Open to Fresh graduates with Organizational experience during college. Willing to do field work if needed. Having experience in warehouse management is a big advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION: Receives training and performs duties in different designations such as warehouse, inventory, and operations department. Monitor and assist overall warehouse operations. Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties. Assist import and export process ( from purchase- transit- arrival in warehouse). Inbound and outbound Coordinate with suppliers for govt mandated permits for importation Warehouse safety and government compliance Handling Warehouse staff and standards Can do admin-related work Translating Mandarin to English and vice versa files. Able to do employee engagement with Foreign Nationals Can assist the Manager in client meetings locally and internationally.
