Manila, Philippines Space Executive Full time

A fast-growing renewables and energy solutions company is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its expanding operations in the Philippines. This is a key role within the local leadership team, providing strategic legal advice across major renewable projects.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on greenfield and brownfield renewable projects (due diligence, partnerships, EPC/EPCM contracts).
  • Support corporate housekeeping, company secretarial, and compliance matters.
  • Oversee ethics policies, training, and investigations.
  • Manage external counsel and provide day-to-day advice to project/operations teams.
Qualifications
  • Philippine bar admission with 10+ years PQE.
  • Experience in both top-tier law firm and in-house legal roles.
  • Strong exposure to M&A, construction, energy/renewables, or infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino.
  • Cross-border deal or project experience is a plus.
