Payroll Operations Analyst (Up to ₱30K + Hybrid + Free AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite for 2 months, then Hybrid | Night Shift (8 PM–5 AM PH Time)

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Developing and distributing reports and dashboards to track KPIs and flag discrepancies.
• Converting raw data into structured formats compatible with HRIS and payroll systems.

Role & Qualifications

In this role, your mission is to transform payroll data into insights that optimize operations and ensure accuracy. You will make a direct impact by:

• Collecting, processing, and analyzing payroll data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Developing and distributing reports and dashboards to track KPIs and flag discrepancies.
• Converting raw data into structured formats compatible with HRIS and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Experience: You have at least 2+ years in payroll or data analysis.
• You have experience with forecasting, workforce planning, and process automation.
• You are familiar with US payroll regulations.

Technical Skills

• You have advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
• You have experience with HRIS and payroll systems for data compatibility/transformation.
• You can work with tools for reports and dashboards (Power BI, etc.).

Non-Negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Availability for US daytime hours (Night/Shifting PH Time).
• Commitment to 40+ hours/week.

Role at a Glance

• Compensation: Up to PHP 30,000
• Schedule: Night Shift - Shifting Schedule (8 PM–5 AM PH Time), must be available during U.S. daytime hours.
• Work Setup: 2 months onsite then transition to Hybrid
• Tech Stack: Advanced Microsoft Excel, HRIS and Payroll Systems and Reporting and Dashboard Tools
• Reports to: Payroll Manager
