Position Title: Jr. Testing Analyst (Fresh Graduate)
Work Setup: Office-based (Boomering BC10 Clark)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Phil time
Salary: Php 18,000 – Php 20,000 Pesos

Responsibilities as Testing Analyst
  • Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements to design effective test cases
  • Prepare, review, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
  • Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Document test results, log defects, and assist in root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with developers and project teams to track and resolve issues
  • Support automation testing initiatives by learning and applying basic tools
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
Qualifications as Testing Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Familiarity with test cases, defect tracking, and bug reporting
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic database queries
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Cypress)
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodology
  • Internship or project experience in software testing
