The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. As a key member of the finance department, the Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and other relevant standards. Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Provide recommendations for cost optimization and resource allocation Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Participate in the preparation and coordination of audits, addressing auditor inquiries and implementing audit recommendations. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and assess their impact on financial reporting. Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial results. Investigate and provide explanations for significant variances, working collaboratively with relevant departments. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Analyze various financial scenarios and provide insights into potential outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and support departmental initiatives. Work closely with other finance professionals to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting. Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
