Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Associate (Fresh Graduate) who is passionate about client relations and eager to build a career in sales within the events and hospitality industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious setting while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Head in promoting and selling event packages to prospective clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain an updated client database and assist in follow-ups.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to booking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (events, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Participate in site tours, client meetings, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
  • Willing to work on weekends or holidays when required for events.
