Overview
Thinking IT is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Location: Remote. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, strategy development, and team leadership in the marketing and iGaming sector. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and customer acquisition targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing ongoing training and performance feedback
- Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting successes and challenges
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing and iGaming
- Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve high performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
