We are seeking a strategic and creative Innovation & Brand Portfolio Lead to drive the development, optimization, and innovation of our brand and product portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping our beauty retail offering, ensuring it remains competitive, compelling, and aligned with consumer trends and brand values. Job Description Lead the strategic planning and evolution of the brand and product portfolio across categories Identify gaps, opportunities, and innovation areas to enhance assortment and brand relevance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and optimize existing ones Conduct competitive pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies to maximize value and margin Monitor category performance and consumer trends to inform portfolio decisions Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to develop compelling product narratives and launch plans Ensure alignment of product positioning with brand identity and customer expectations Engage with internal and external stakeholders including brand partners, suppliers, and leadership teams Present portfolio strategies, performance insights, and innovation roadmaps to senior management Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive brand growth and differentiation The Successful Applicant Experienced in portfolio/category management, product marketing, or brand strategy Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analysis and market research Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects Experience in beauty, personal care, or luxury retail is a strong advantage Passion for brand building and deep understanding of consumer affinity What's on Offer A dynamic and creative work environment in the beauty retail space Opportunities to shape brand strategy and drive innovation Competitive compensation and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
