About the Role The Head of the Career Development and Employability Center (CDEC) provides strategic leadership in strengthening the college’s Employability Enhancement and Graduate Tracking System (EEGTS). The role focuses on developing employability programs, building industry partnerships, conducting graduate tracer studies, and ensuring students are career‑ready and globally competitive. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employability and career‑readiness programs. Build and maintain partnerships with industry, government, and alumni networks. Manage graduate tracer studies and analyze employment outcomes for policy improvement. Coordinate with deans and faculty to align curriculum with employability goals. Oversee career counseling, internship placement, and job‑readiness initiatives. Prepare institutional reports and policy briefs for academic councils and management. Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, Guidance & Counseling, Psychology, HR Management, or Business Administration (Doctorate preferred). At least 5 years of combined experience in higher education, student affairs, career services, HR, or institutional research. Training in Career Development, Career Coaching, OBE, or Tracer Study methodologies (TESDA/DOLE/CHED-recognized). Knowledge in OBE framework, PQF alignment, and accreditation systems (PACUCOA, AACCUP, ISO). Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data analytics tools. Preferred Experience Background as Director/Coordinator in Career Services or Student Affairs. Experience in managing tracer studies or graduate tracking systems. Exposure to industry‑academic partnerships and employability research. #J-18808-Ljbffr
