About the Role GA HR Consultancy, the accredited headhunter and executive search partner of a premier real estate developer, is hiring a Procurement Department Head to lead and strengthen the procurement operations of one of Bataan’s fastest-growing real estate companies. This is a key leadership position where you’ll oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization for high-value construction and development projects. Key Responsibilities Procurement Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project timelines. Oversee all purchasing, supplier negotiations, and materials management to ensure cost-effectiveness. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement team. Vendor & Contract Management Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize value and reduce cost. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal standards, and industry best practices. Cost Control & Market Intelligence Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities. Conduct regular analysis of procurement KPIs and ensure continuous process improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Finance to forecast needs and support project execution. Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services to meet construction milestones. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Preferably from real estate development, construction, or industrial sectors. Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
