Clinical Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical records of patients in compliance with clinic protocols and DOH regulations. Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of patient data. Prepare and submit medical reports as required by management or regulatory bodies. 4. Collaboration and Coordination Work collaboratively with nurses, medical technologists, and other clinic personnel to ensure seamless patient care. Coordinate with laboratory and pharmacy services for diagnostic and treatment needs. Attend regular case discussions, clinical meetings, and training sessions. 5. Administrative and Operational Duties Ensure that clinic facilities, equipment, and instruments are properly used and maintained.
