Job description:

Assists physicians in health care facilities and perform duties such as delivering patient care, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, performing tests, handling medical emergencies, and recording patient behavior.

Responsibilities:

Gather patient's medical information, vital signs and maintain confidentiality and patient's rights.

Implement patient triage and prioritize urgent cases in a timely and efficient manner.

Efficient implementation of emergency protocols such as starting intravenous line, medications, electrocardiogram, advanced life support and facilitate ambulance transfer to emergency hospital.

Receive patient's general telephone inquiry or emergency calls and send emergency ambulance rescue team when necessary.

Administer first aid interventions and emergency medications to patients with acute emergency medical conditions.

Monitor patient's condition and reactions to emergency medications and interventions and report changes to physician on duty.

Secure medical consent and emergency referral forms.

Assist physician on duty in performing minor surgeries and procedures.

Provide general nursing care.

Carry out physician's order.

Administer vaccinations.

Administer intramascular, intravenous and subcutaneous medications.

Provide support, health teaching and explain procedure and treatment to patient and family.

Assist patients for consultations, laboratory examination, follow-ups.

Respond to house call request for wound care, vital signs monitoring, insulin injections and medication administration.

Monitor medication supplies, use and storage.

Provide care and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.

Train and orient newly hired staff; arrange staffing schedule and delegate staff assignments.

Ensure compliance of staff to clinic policy, standards and infection control.

Preparing rooms, decontaminating equipment and instruments.

Preparing patients for examinations.

Educating patients' families about the disease and its treatment.

Assisting doctors.

Resolving patients' problems and fulfilling their requirements by applying multifaceted team strategy.

Coordinates HMO providers.

Performing lab work and giving complete information to the physician about patient's condition.

Required Skills, Experience and Education

College Graduate of Nursing (Registered Nurse)

With one (1) year experience in clinical field.

Be committed to positively support the mission of Lifeline 16911 Medical, Inc.

Demonstrate a high standard of oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrate extensive planning, organizational and negotiation skills.

Demonstrates initiative and positive constructive attitude.

Works effectively as a team member with staff in all departments.
